Create Flash Response

Agents can make their very own arsenal of flash responses to answer user queries more efficiently and quickly.

Follow these steps to make your first flash response:

  1. Login to your QuickReply Account.

  2. Go to the Flash Responses tab from the panel on the left.

3. Click on New Flash Response on the top right.

4. A window will open on your screen where you have to add - Short name, Full text and select if you want to share your created response with your team.

5. Click on Add button to create the flash response.

Fields

  1. Short Name - A short name for your created response to identify the purpose of the response.

  2. Full Text - The response that you want to show to the user.
