At QuickReply.ai, we take 3 points approach to ensure your data is safe and secure.

1. Our datacenter is hosted on AWS, which provides most secure cloud infrastructure. We follow best practise, such as we have created private cloud and our databases are accessible through intranet only. We have configured security groups and ports very carefully so that we do not expose any un-authorized data. 2. We are GDPR compliant and our privacy policies and terms of services are properly in place. Check our , and 3. We can also sign Terms of Service, NDA and privacy policy with you if you are on Standard Plan & above.

Lastly our business model does not depend on your customer's data because our target customers are businesses, so this data hold no value for us. Furthermore, in our experience WhatsApp promotional campaigns only work well when you are targeting your past customers who knows about your business, otherwise campaigns perform poorly and also leads to . So this data hold no value for any other customers as well.
